This trip is a fantasy trip with elderly parents. The two old people are both in their 80s, so the keynote of the itinerary is-swim slowly, don’t worry about everything, and put safety first.

The whole trip was an “emergency event”. I didn’t do much study or preparation in the early stage. From planning to buying tickets to departure, everything turned out properly, and various unexpected beautiful scenery emerged one after another.

Casino

The plane arrived in Las Vegas in the evening, and when I picked up the car, the lights were already on, so I hurriedly took my parents to see the night scene. I’m not going anywhere tonight. I’ll drive to the canyon tomorrow. Now I’m swimming in Youche River. I’m going back to the hotel to recharge my batteries.

Drive to Zion Canyon

To be honest, when we arrived at Zion National Park, we punched in a card and walked the shortest trail. Dad’s legs were not good enough, so we didn’t dare to tire him, so we left in a hurry. Fortunately, we bought an annual pass for the national park, so we can punch in at will .

Dixie National Park, drive into the Red Canyon, facing the sunset all the way, the canyon scenery is simply amazing.

Bruce Canyon

Stay overnight at the best western at the entrance of Bruce Canyon (seriously recommend this hotel, absolutely cheap and good quality), before the sun goes down, we drive into Bruce canyon, here is the Sunset trail (sunset trail).

For dinner, I ate at a small restaurant near the hotel, and served a salad to meet my mother’s daily vegetarian needs.

We left early the next morning, this is Trunk Arch (named by me) on Red Canyon.

Drive to Page- Antelope Canyon– Horseshoe Bend

All the way to the south, there are some Indian caves on the road.

The Glen Canyon Dam next to the small town of Page, across Lake Powell.

After visiting the dam, it was still early to see the sun setting, so I decided to go to the marble canyon for a while.

Arrived at the beautiful marble canyon, if you have time, I recommend you to go there, not far from Horseshoe Bay. It’s also beautiful along the way.

Farewell to Marble Canyon in a hurry, we arrived at Horseshoe Bend before sunset.

The barbecue restaurant in the small town of Page, the slow-roasted beef rib is cheap and good, don’t miss it, it’s just a bit greasy.

Antelope Canyon, here we come.

Skip 10,000 sentences here, we hurried back to Las Vegas.

The seafood buffet at Caesars Palace is still available, and there are as many people as ever.

Bye-bye Las Vegas, fly back to Austin.
