At 8 a. m. on the 26th, seven of us chartered buses from Las Vegas to Antelope Canyon.
The driver and tour guide Michael introduced us all the way that it takes four to four and a half hours to drive from Las Vegas to the Antelope Canyon each way, because we didn’t know the situation in advance, so we chose to go to the Antelope Canyon. In fact, the West Grand Canyon or the South Grand Canyon is closer to Las Vegas, only two hours away one way, and the landscape is also particularly beautiful.
Four many hours away, across the three American provinces of states.
Our first stop is Horseshoe Bay, its canyon naturally formed the horseshoe shape, so it is called this name. The scorching sun shines in the sky, and there is no sun here. But there are still a lot of people watching it. From far away you can see two big pits in Horseshoe Bay, and no water. You can’t see the water until you get to the edge of the pit.
Next, we go to the Antelope Canyon. Transfer to the local people’s car at the Antelope Canyon entrance. The seven of us were led into the valley by a local tour guide. The local Native people guide took the seven of us into the Antelope Canyon. There is a limit on the number of people entering the valley every day. Only seven of us when we go, and when going out of the valley, another local car comes and brings a few people in. The unique landscape of Antelope Canyon is very spectacular, with different colors under the reflection of natural sunlight.
After visiting the Antelope Canyon, we had a buffet lunch and drove back to Las Vegas. It was just after four in the afternoon when we left the restaurant. At the Powell lake lake let us watch the lake view.
Back to the hotel has been more than 8 o’clock in the evening, we all have some meaning more, marveled at the style of the Antelope Canyon, looking forward to the next trip!
