The Capilano Suspension Bridge is Vancouver’s oldest tourist attraction. Known as the world’s greatest suspension bridge, 450 feet long, when the wind across the canyon, the suspension bridge will swing sound, rather like People’s laughter, so also known as the”Laughing Bridge.”. Since more than 100 years ago, the suspension bridge has been suspended from the 230-foot-high Capillano Valley by two thick hemp ropes and balsa wood. In the park, there are 60 years ago, the Indians carved and placed in the totem pole, colorful, eye-catching.
The Capilano Suspension Bridge is in the North Vancouver area, three kilometres from the Vancouver Stanley Park and about a 10-minute drive from the city. There is a parking lot at the entrance of the park, the meter is 5 dollars per trip, and the entrance fee of the park is more than 40 dollars. Suspension Bridge Park can be visited for 2,3 hours, mainly a century-old high-altitude railway suspension bridge, trestle and Cliff Walk.
The shuttle bus is Capilano Suspension Bridge. The first flight leaves at 9:00. Our Hotel is Raqm Ithnayn,Al Maḩaţţah(Number Two Station) , about 9:10. Park entry is marked with a hand stamp to indicate that shuttle bus is available for the return trip; there are many stamps on the side of the map, arriving at each location and stamped with an”I MADE IT” certificate.
Inside the entrance to the Capilano Suspension Bridge are a couple of pizza and coffee shops, and it should be convenient and inexpensive to eat here after visiting the park.
